Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Services

Your membership in the subscription program (“Subscription Service”), including your ability to access the services, begins when you have completed the intake form at which time you will be charged for the first month (or, if you select a multi-month plan, the full prepaid period) of the Subscription Services.

The Subscription Services include access to providers, prescription medications where appropriate, and online patient support.

Please note if you are disqualified by our medical provider for any medical reason you will receive a full refund.

There is no guarantee of results or effectiveness due to your participation in the Subscription Services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time for any reason. To cancel your Subscription Services, please contact customer service at support@cural.org and request a cancellation, or use the chat feature in your patient portal.

To ensure a smooth process, we require your cancellation request to be received at least 72 hours prior to your billing date. If this notice date is not met, your subscription will be charged on the next billing date, and the cancellation will take effect on the subsequent billing date.

After cancellation, you will continue to receive the Subscription Services through the end of your current billing cycle.

Please see our Refund Policy below to determine if you are eligible for a refund of your canceled Subscription Service.

Multi-Month Plans

Multi-month plans (for example, 3-month and 6-month plans) are billed upfront for the full period selected. If you cancel a multi-month plan, you will continue to receive services through the end of the prepaid period. Except for cancellation due to medical disqualification or the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee described below, partial refunds for unused months on multi-month plans are not available.

Refund Policy

If your subscription is cancelled due to disqualification by our medical provider, you will be issued a full refund.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you begin treatment and do not experience meaningful improvement within 30 days of your first dose, you may request a refund of your first month’s subscription charge by contacting support at support@cural.org. This 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only and is limited to one refund per customer. For multi-month plans, the guarantee covers the prorated value of the first month of service; the remainder of any prepaid multi-month balance is handled under the Multi-Month Plans provisions above.

Other than cancellation due to medical disqualification or the 30-day satisfaction guarantee described above, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation of the subscription services. After cancellation, you will continue to receive services through the end of your current billing cycle.

Federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications to pharmacies for refund or reuse once they have been dispensed to a patient, in order to protect public health and safety. This policy ensures that all medications provided are handled and dispensed with utmost care and compliance. If approved, refunds will only be issued for your most recent billing cycle and will not be issued for past billing cycles.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your medication immediately upon receipt. If the medication appears to be damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately at support@cural.org.

  • Damaged items: Damaged items may be replaced by the pharmacy upon receipt of evidence of damage.
  • Incorrect items: Incorrect medications will be replaced by the pharmacy.

Subscription Services FAQs

What is included in my Subscription Services price?

Your Subscription Services represents a single price for the subscription purchased. This may include consultations both live and via electronic form submissions and reviews with a Provider, medications that are fulfilled through a pharmacy, patient support, and other services to support your treatment. The specific services and medications covered by the single Subscription Service price may vary based on the plan you select and your clinician’s recommendations.

What if my provider determines I am no longer eligible for the Subscription Services?

If your Provider determines you are no longer eligible for the Subscription Services, your subscription will be canceled, and a refund may be issued in accordance with the Refund Policy above. If you have questions or concerns about an eligibility-initiated cancellation, please contact our customer service at support@cural.org.

How does the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee work?

If you begin treatment and do not experience meaningful improvement within 30 days of your first dose, email support@cural.org within that 30-day window to request a refund of your first month’s subscription charge. The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and applies to your first billing cycle only.

Governing Terms

Unless otherwise stated herein, Cural’s Terms & Conditions govern this Subscription Services Cancellation and Refund Policy.

In all events you are responsible for all fees from services and healthcare services rendered. This Subscription Services Cancellation and Refund Policy governs fees for Subscription Services only.
